Hello,
I am Tim Lund from Teltow near Berlin in Germany! I solve Rubik cubes since Christmas 1980, when I and my two brothers got their first 2 Rubik cubes from our parents. In these times there was no WWW, but the German news magazine Der Spiegel published soon a solution in January 1981, with this help I could solve the cube. Later I discovered commutators and taught myself to solve the 4x4 and 5x5. Then I put the cubes aside for 40 years. My daughter rediscovered them and wanted to know how to solve them. I taught her and since 3 years I discovered the newer puzzles like Gigaminx, Mastermorphix and Octahedron. I like to discover the foundation, am a fan of David Singmaster and his Handbook of Cubik Math and blog for https://cubingfreunde.wordpress.com/author/timhlund/
Hope to learn to know other cube addicts here and lookiung forwardf to it.
Tim
