permCross - solve the cross wrong and using it to permute the LL

It's not really useful. The cross is fast enough anyway. MAYBE if the algs oriented and permuted the edges.

Not really, since there would be more cases since its PLL as well.

You could do LL edge control and then use it to lower the possible COLL cases, kinda' like in ZZ you permute 2 corner to lower the LL cases

EDIT: not COLL but ZBLL
