Are timers provided for free at WCA competitions?

So I was thinking of hosting my own cubing competition. I was just wondering if I would need to buy my own timers, mats, and cube covers, or if those would be provided already.

Have you contacted a delegate? Make sure you have a good venue (with parking) that you know is available. If you’re not sure, a backup is always good.
