What do I do next I am stuck?
These are me times idk what to do to progress.

You don't seem to be stuck, your current ao2000, ao1000, ao500, ao250 and ao100 are all PBs

I haven’t done a solve since yesterday and I kinda delete all my bad slves

If you use cfop, do you use full pll and oll? And have you tried lookahead yet? If you find yourself pausing a lot during F2l, lookahead would really help.

what do I do to learn lookahead?

First, you got to make sure that you can solve a F2l pair without looking at it. If you can do this, you can do very slow solves where you look for F2l pairs while you're solving one. This is how I started, but I don't know if it's the best way.

Stop doing 3x3. Learn another puzzle.

There has been a thread about starting to learn lookahead just a few days ago, might wanna look at your feed.
Not to say there aren't already enough threads about this topic. There are, if you search them.
Deleting bad solves. Been guilty of that as well. It makes you feel continually bad as you WILL start to delete more and more solves + it's cheating in every competition. Online and IRL.

You have so much room to progress right now. Since your ao2000 is 26.68, but your ao5 is 18.83 you have 8 seconds of time to save. When you get your ao2000 down to closer to 18, then your ao5 will probably be quicker than your current PB.
This is what has happened to me, because just a couple days ago my ao2000 (14.5xx) was multiple seconds off of my ao5 (13.5xx), but now it has reached that time, and my current ao5 (12.5xx) is now quicker.
Don't give up because you feel like you aren't improving, because you will always have room to improve and learn.
