I don't believe anyone has learned all of 1LLL, although some people have tried. The two people who come to my mind are Jabari Nuruddin and Daniel Rose-Levine, but they both gave up learning the alg set as far as I'm aware.

I believe it’s real (though someone more experienced could prove that wrong) He made a lot of videos for over a year before this of learning different cases.
