ZZ Method FAQ/QnA

Hey - I'm trying to make a video akin to the BLD FAQ thread so that if anyone new has practically any question regarding the method, they can be sent a timestamped link to answer their question. I've got down a load of the more obvious questions - what is it, why use it, what the hell is going on in inspection, and a quick rundown on the variants. Any questions you all have about the method or see other people often asking about the method can be put in this thread and hopefully there should be an answer to them all in the video when it releases

Everyone always talks about the first step (EOLine / EOCross / etc) and the final steps after the F2L-1 (Last Slot + Last Layer / TSLE + TTLL / etc), now what I want to know next is: what about all the rest of the F2L? How is the other part of the F2L in ZZ compared to in CFOP, especially when considering things such as: lookahead, choosing from different ways of solving a pair in order to influence the rest of the solve, multislotting, pseudoslotting, and other techniques beyond the basics?
