carrot.cubing.net : Best news source regarding cubing events
cubing.net : really good
speedcubedb.com : lots of algs, recons, and cubedb.net is a really good recon tool.
cstimer.net : best online timer out there
cubeskills.com : lessons by feliks
jperm.net : lots of algs + tutorials
nemesizer.com : compare your (or anyone's) official results with other people
kungfoomanchu.com : lots of algs

I used to like cubeloop and vcube site a lot in 2011. Sadly, both these sites are no longer maintained.

I used to race BLD a lot of twisttheweb, now we have letscube and cubezone.

While there are prettier sites out there, I've found that this blind trainer by krmatthe is super helpful. You enter in your letter scheme and buffer and such, then it will generate memo for you, so you can practice sighted 3BLD without much thought and get better at execution.

I use to use cstimer but you have to import all your results every time. Now I just use cubedesk
Unless you get a new computer your sessions should be automatically saved, if you use multiple computers there are some nice ways to save results for Cstimer like using your WCA account.
