I have an order of 100 MBLD cubes to maintain.

Even with windows closed, a lot of dust seeps in on a daily basis. I cover my cubes by multiple cloths.

I find dust on the cube highly distracting when I am doing MBLD memo.

I have a dry cabinet which preserves humidity and keeps the cubes dust-free. I use it to store my non-mbld cubes.

Any creative solutions to make my attempts' memo experience more dust free?

The cabinet has volume of 5 liters, it can house about 40 3x3s comfortably.
In that case, I'd put them in any drawer or cabinet that's not completely exposed to the air. I'd clean it out before using it for storage, and then, like Garf said, clean it out along with the cubes once in a while.

Then again, you could always go to space to avoid dusty air, since there is none.

Just don't do MBLD (just joking)

You could clean them every month, but that could take a decent amount of time. You could also put them in a sealed bag, so dust might not get in.

I would just put them in a big plastic box

One big Box or a couple of small ones. They are cheap and available in all sizes
