Funny bad speedcube I found at store

So I was at my local Walmart just looking around and I saw a Rubik's cube but it wasn't a Rubik's brand it was something I never heard of called like nexcube. It claimed to "be the cube that set the world record 3x3 solve of 3.47" which I thought was funny but then I saw a 2x2 version of it and to my surprise it also claimed to "be the cube that set the world record 2x2 solve of 3.47" and I really had to suppress my laughter for that. Anyway does anyone else have an experience like that.

it's a moyu meilong repackaged, my friend has one and i've owned 2 meilongs

yes the nexcube is just a collab between rubiks and moyu. I was at a comp yesterday, and someone brought it. I tried it and it felt like it would blow up at any moment

idk. Maybe they were saying that since Erno made the rubiks cube, and the rubiks company made the nex cube along with moyu, it just magically thinks that that made they made the cube that was used in a WR. but the 3x3 world record on the the 2x2 box is a little strange. /:

oh ok i just looked it up, and it says that Yusheng Du made the WR with a moyu cube, so maybe its the moyu side of the collab that said the 3.47 second wr thing.

Honestly, I liked the 2x2 nexcube much better before my friend magnetized it. With setup, it's good.

This cube is a Cube made by moyu supposedly for "Begginer Solvers"
Tingman has a video on this cube with his son and reviewed it.
