I'm list here some drills for speedsolving so you can just come here, read about some drills and incorporate them on your practice sessions.
Post here too your drills in this format:
Drill name:
Puzzle/Event/Method:
What it's good for:

I'll try to keep the thread up to date with your suggestions
---
Puzzle/Event/Method: CFOP 2h or oh
What it's good for: Get better cross and first pair in general
Drill description: Plan the cross with infinite inspection time and execute it without looking, just doing the moves from memory. With time, try to plan first pair too.
Drill name: cross in less moves
Puzzle/Event/Method: CFOP 2h or oh
What it's good for: cross efficiency
Drill description: with infinite inspection time, try to plan the cross in the fewest moves possible. Use tools like cstimer to compare your solution to the pc solution and try to learn from them. Alternatively, you can study reconstructions of elite solvers on speedcubedb and incorporate them on your solves. as you continue practicing, try to work on execution and tps
Puzzle/Event/Method: CFOP 2h or oh
What it's good for: f2l muscle memory and lookahead
Drill description: after solving the cross, solve each f2l pair blindfolded. you should be able to look at a f2l pair and solving from muscle memory.
Drill name: 2gen f2l drill
Puzzle/Event/Method: CFOP / ZZ 2h or oh
What it's good for: it will help you learn how to solve each case using 2gen if possible and using backslots
Drill description: with a solved cube, scramble it using only <LU> or <RU> and then solve the remaingn cross piece. you should be able to solve the cube using only the turns you used to scramble it. Try to find new ways to solve the cases you don't know yet. you're not supposed to rotate the cube at all
Drill name: <LUR> f2l drill
Puzzle/Event/Method: CFOP / ZZ 2h or oh
What it's good for: it will help you learn how to solve each case using 2gen if possible, using backslots and solving with both hands
Drill description: with a solved cube, scramble it using only <LUR> and then solve the cross. you should be able to solve the cube using only <LUR>. Try to find new ways to solve the cases you don't know yet. you're not supposed to rotate the cube at all
Puzzle/Event/Method: cfop
What it's good for: tps and alg execution
Drill description: choose an order for the plls you know and practice that order of plls, reducing your times.
Drill name: OLL attack
Puzzle/Event/Method: cfop
What it's good for: tps and alg execution
Drill description: choose an order for the olls you know and practice that order of olls, reducing your times.
