[Review] The best 1x1?

Me, as a pro, as stated in my signature, I have a nine minute fifty nine second solve! I got sub-10 minutes! I could advise staying away from LBL because it takes longer, as you have to do cross skip, corners skip, second layer skip, and then last layer skip. I suggest using the FL method, standing for first two layers skip then last layer skip. I know about the CS method, cube skip, but it takes way too long to learn, and unless you want to be world class, it's not worth learning all the zero algs for it.
Oof, FL method might have too many algs for me. I'll try it though and update if I can get sub 10min

Ok, I learned the entire FL alg set, that took a long time three ENTIRE minutes. I don't know if my brain can think anymore, so I'll wait to do a 1x1 solve
Nice! I'm happy you sat down and learned all the -1 algs! Trust me, it will help.

I say a dozen super rs1m ball cores for multi-blind, but for single cube solves I would get the UV coated GAN 110 M pro maglev edition.

The CS method is a bit advanced for my taste, so I do use the FL method, and it seems to be pretty useful in 1x1 FMC. Recently in fact, I got a new PB of 95430239458943948543923485685432 moves, and a PB Ao5 of 855940049589403945894368954384594039845943928459.
However, for regular 1x1 solves, I like to use the CSL method, which involves skipping every layer. It requires 0 algorithms, which seems like a lot, but it's like CFOP. Once you get good at it, you start getting sub 10 minute solves. I'm hoping to beat Max Park's WR of 54958390495, and hopefully with these methods I can.

Then what should I get for 1x1 OH? Should I get the yj zhilong mini M 1x1? Or should I actually get something larger for 1x1 OH so as to have better control on the cube? Maybe a heshu super big 1x1?

Nice! Someone said they got 0 moves, but I don't believe them.

Personally, I like the X-Man Windy Day 1x1. It includes a small, durable core, with 0234985392038954328459302498732 magnets. I recommend it for regular 1x1 solves and 1x1 OH, as it turns very smoothly with little to no resistance.

I use Roux on 1x1. My main is the TianMa X1 v2 and I'm sub 12 hours on 1x1, taking just a bit longer than solving the Rayminx. I'm going to get the UV coated GAN 110 M pro as my new main so that I can solve a 1x1 faster than a rayminx.

X-Man has very good cubes at very good prices, so yes. I've done very well with that cube, and most people who have it tend to average about 9:59.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 minutes.
Sounds great! That will be a huge drop from my previous pb which is 11:59:59.99+2

My hampster also likes the 1x1. She is incredibly fast and has been speedsolving the 1x1 since she was born. She recommends the 2mm for all rodents. Sammy's best time is 3 hours, which I think is a world record or something. She also thinks that the GAN 18 Maglev M Evolution Air Pro 365 2023 is the best one.

I really want to get a bunch of UV coated GAN 110 M pro for practising 1x1 multi blind, but that's soo expensive that I will have to sell all my organs, so I'm planning on getting some super rs1m ball core for 1x1 multi blind.
ikr im getting a lot of these to donate to the kids outside, itll only cost around elon musk's house not a big deal

Honestly what works best for me is to take a cheap keychain 3x3 and treat it as fully bandaged. It is literally the smoothest 1x1 in existence! Much cheaper AND better than all your expensive 1x1's, but I don't think it is competition legal, unfortunately. I timed it once now, but I forgot that a stackmat only goes to 10 minutes so I don't know the time now...
