I failed in Cubemania - how to fix?

I was practicing for 2x2x2, but forgot to change the event, so now I have an amazing 3x3x3 record average (5.93). Not only will I be hard-pressed to beat it, but it also makes me seem arrogant and a cheater (my message was "crap", because it was a bad average for 2x2x2). How do I delete this?

submit a ticket and explain the mistake along with giving your username and they should delete it for you. I made some ridiculous mistake on 3x3 one time and somehow didn't catch it before I submitted the average (.04 second single or something). They fixed it right away.
