You should know that Guinness World Records only take in results from the WCA. Unofficial solves are never counted. Try researching before posting a thread asking a question.

Looks like a handscramble and there is now GWR official present. It is not legit.

Please be a bit less harsh, especially if you haven't done the research yourself

Guinness does accept WCA records as Guinness world records but they also have many other cubing-related records that the WCA is not affiliated with, like the fastest time for a robot to solve a 3x3, most 3x3s solved by a team in 1 hour, fastest time to solve a 3x3 upside down, largest 3x3, and yes, the fastest time to solve a 3x3 while riding a bicycle.

I'm sorry, I could've phrased that a bit better: GWR never takes in unofficial solves that are WCA events. I know GWR takes in unofficial events, but this thread was talking about a new 3x3 WR which is an official event.
