Was that just a center cap that popped off? I used a glue stick to keep one of mine on a bit more securely.

I use shock oil and/or the white cube lube liquid. If I want mine as frictionless as his, do I need to just work it in more? Or take it apart, clean everything, spray CRC silicone on pieces, and assemble? What about filing or sanding down internal edges or corners to reduce snags?
