What is your fastest time with this Method.

Can anyone give me tips to improving with it?

My fastest is a 44, but that was lucky. I usually get just 1:10 averages. I have learned the 2 look LL's (which was a little faster than the beginners method.

Is it a dead end? should I just practice my fridrich f2l?

Reverse Keyhole would be inserting three edges first as opposed to three corners first. I used Keyhole method until I was under 30 seconds but I really would not recommend it at all if you truly want to become faster. I was simply too lazy to learn Fridrich and kept trying to find ways that I thought were faster than Fridrich but easier. I did not realize that Fridrich F2L is actually pretty easy because I just looked at all of the algorithms and thought, "Wow, too much to learn..." So, you should definitely learn Fridrich F2L if you are planning on going down the Fridrich route. Keyhole is meant to be a beginner-intermediate approach to F2L but I do not think it was ever meant to be used as an alternative to Fridrich F2L for advanced cubers - at least, as far as I know.
