Hi, I'm a 15 years old from Italy. I really like cubing, especially discovering new tricks and learning algorithms (and impressing other people obviously🤣). I started cubing more than 2 years ago: I learned LBL method and after a few months I was averaging under 1 minute. Then I started CFOP, but I couldn't memorise any algorithm, so I lost interest in cubing. One month ago I found my cube (a Rubik's brand) but I couldn't remember anything, so I had to restart. After 1 week I was back to 1 minute and I tried CFOP again. And... it felt incredibly easy compared to 2 years ago! After 1 month of parcticing CFOP I'm already sub 27 with 4LLL. I am becoming color neutral (with yellow I average the same as white, with blue I'm around 30).
Question: when should I learn full PLL?
I own a Moyu RS3M 2020 and I'll lube it when the lubricant arrives. I can't wait!
My goal with 3x3 is to get at least a sub-10 single (my PB single is 17,414 and PB ao5 is 21,71). The only WCA events I can do are those with a 3x3, because I don't have any other cube, but i wish I have them in the future.

I also play the piano and I like cardmagic. I love maths: last year I came forth at a national math competition.

Welcome! You should probably start learning PLL right around now, I’m giving you this advise because I’m sub 25 and I still don’t know the G Perms (too lazy XD) and it’s slowing me down. Once you become fully color neutral I recommend getting muscle memory if you use intuitive F2L so you can learn look ahead which is super OP(I’m learning it and it gets me sub 20).

welcome there and hello to the forums!
Welcome to the forums there and hello!
I learnt full PLL when I was sub 25, but a time between sub 20~30 is good. You can learn it right now if you feel motivated. It is a definite improvement from 2LPLL. OLL is not neccesary until you are sub 20.
