Hmm that sounds like the equivalent of WV. I have no experience with developing algs but I know @ProStar has tried before.

I think a veryexperienced Square-1 solver would be able to help you with genning the algs.

I think Ksolve ++ does this.
Yeah Ksolve++ is a great program for genning algs for any puzzle and scramble however getting the program to work is hard and difficult due to the numerous errors it decides to create for no reason as I am finding out this week when I've been learning the program.

When I tried to gen algs in my first cubing days years ago i found out that trial and error is a good concept. When i tried tp create a edge insertion alg for Waterman CF First Layer i did one commutator and looked what it did or just tried one alg and modified it. Maybe i will write down CF edge algs for Waterman

If you have a LL Case type it in Cube Explorer find a good and fingertrickable solution this is Alg generating. You generate an algorithm for a specific case on the cube

Oh sorry, didn't realize you were asking me. I've put together WVCP and L5EP lists, but the only time I tried to generate my own algs was for HKPLL, which didn't work because cubeexplorer doesn't work on Mac
