Hi!
My name is Owen and I am a cubohol... no, wait. Let me try again.
I am actually pretty new to speed solving. I actually came here through a side door. I recently began studying sleight of hand and while attempting to learn new tricks, I saw Steven Brundage's video on Penn & Teller's Fool Us. Then I ordered the kit to learn the trick and through there I learned of BadMePhisto and speed cubing and, well, here I am!
Edited to add: I have only just gotten to the point where I can solve a 3x3 consistently without a cheat sheet. I am very slow still and I am using the beginner's method. But I am sure that I will improve over time.
Beyond cubing and sleight of hand, I juggle, play a few stringed instruments, and I'm training for my first marathon!
I will do my best to search the threads before posting questions. I do not want to be annoying. But I am looking forward to learning more from the experienced people here.
