How to do R' perm faster

Hi, i think my J perm is okay for now, thanks for all the Responses, but how do you guys do the R' perm?

my R' perm is around 3.65 seconds while my R is around 2.8 secs. so there's a big difference there, i want all my PLL to be sub 3. thanks.

Well, I just try to focus on the double U triggers. I find R' to be the easier one mainly b/c I'm manipulating the front face as opposed to the back face for R.

i use the same algorithm but on the other side, so looking at the cube the way u look at it, it's y2 R U2 R' U2 B'.....

i perform R the way u perfrom R' with ur left hand, but my left hand isn't that good at performing R so yea, can u post a vid ?
