Hello,
I am not a Roux solver myself but I would recommend using CFOP for OH. The M slices may get a little awkward and there are much better fingertricks for CFOP. A roux solver can correct me on this.

If you are flexible with what method to use, check out JPerm's OH fingertrick tutorial.

I will greatly disagree.

M moves get awkward: Practice. MU can be done OH very close to the same speed as 2H

Much better fingertricks: Not really. RrU is very good, and no rotations

But he's not asking for that, he's asking how to get better at Roux.

Kian has some good videos. Learn how to do a lot of different moves. FB is the most awkward part, but it doesn't have to be that bad. Scramble the cube and find a FB and do it. Scramble again and repeat.

Sure. Getting into OH myself. Just giving the advice that was given to me. I was clearly given the wrong advice. :(

OH Roux can definitely be very, very fast; Kian held the WR average at one point. FB generally is pretty awkward, especially in OH. As far as OH-specific advice goes, the best way to combat this would probably just be to drill moves. Get more comfortable with moves that you aren't very fast at. You can also try implementing the technique that Kian talks about in this video. The general idea is to keep the BL edge in place as you do FB, so you don't have to do B moves, and instead do Fw moves.
