I have seen that there is a Guanlong V3 but have heard very little about it and was wondering if it was any good.

Or the guanlong plus V2: http://zcube.hk/YJ-333-GuanLong-Plus?search=guanlong plus V2

No idea.
What is the "thanking" mentioned in the title? Is that an auto correct of guanlong?

I tried it.

It's basically a sail with guanlong plastic.

I enjoy it, but it's up to you if that sounds attractive.
