First of all, negative figures mean that black is advantageous in the position
Second, -4.27 means that black has an advantage worth four points (search piece value on Google if u don't know what that is) plus 27 centipawns(100 centipawns equals 1 pawn)
Overall it means that black is winning

Not 100% sure if this is the best place to post this, but it seemed so after searching "chess" in this fora...

The 45th Chess Olympiad is now underway, marking the Centennial for FIDE, the International Chess Federation. Being played in Budapest, Hungary, one can sure expect some Rubik's cubes to appear (maybe Ernö himself will pay a visit sometime?). Indeed look at this report photos!

On a personnal note, my father is there (this is his 15th Chess Olympiad, 11 as a player and 4 as a Captain) as Captain (trainer) for New Zealand's Women team

Since my last post here I've been pretty occupied with academics, so couldn't pay much attention to this forum, but I did see some nice chess meets cube posts, that I saved so I can now share 'em with you.

1 - In November Judit Polgar was present to yet another Rubik's Cube 50 years celebration at Cambridge (Mr. Rubik was also present)

2 - Chess.com and the current responsibles for the Rubik brand made a partnership for generating content on social media. I'll highlight this reel

3 - Another Gukesh mosaic.
