So does Max Park.Seung joins the two Sub-5's club.
Max, Seung, and Feliks- the top three fastest 3x3 solvers are in! (yes, I know about you patrick)
I don’t there there is a best you could argue that SeungBeom Cho is “the fastest” Cuber, as nobody has a faster time. It would be fun to statistically show (official single average and unofficial as well) who’s the best. You would have to come up with a ranking of how much ‘worth’ the different times mean.
If you take the average of our 2017 official averages (a better measure), I'd bet that Max is a bit faster.Seung Beom Cho still wouldn't be the "fastest" as he averages sub-9 in comp. He just as the fastest official single time(lol it was 29 moves). Needless to say, no one can argue that FAZ isn't the fastest as he averages the best officially and unofficially.
At home, you are faster. In comp, max is. (you do dominate with WRs tho)If you take the average of our 2017 official averages (a better measure), I'd bet that Max is a bit faster.
Actually, you're faster, but not by much. The mean of Max's official averages in 2017 is 6.95, while the mean of your official averages is 6.92. Interestingly, this gap widens if you look at the median instead of the mean, with Max's being 6.94 and yours being 6.87. So I think it's safe to say that Max has been more consistent than you this year, if you don't want to be proven wrong about not being better than everyone else.If you take the average of our 2017 official averages (a better measure), I'd bet that Max is a bit faster.
His average for the whole 2017 is not better than yours, but as I wrote a couple weeks ago:If you take the average of our 2017 official averages (a better measure), I'd bet that Max is a bit faster.
Max is being incredibly consistent in 3x3 lately, of his 12 last averages the worst one is a 7.00!
Actually, in average, he is faster than Feliks has ever been: The rolling average of the last 10 official averages of Max Park peaked in the first round of Berkeley Fall 2017 with a 6.557, while Feliks Zemdegs' rolling average peaked after the final of Latin America Cubing Tour - Guatemala 2017 with 6.688.
If you take the average of our 2017 official averages (a better measure), I'd bet that Max is a bit faster.
