Hi guys,
I've been on the forums for quite some time, though I have never bothered to make an account.
But now I did and this is my first post! Yay!
I am having problems with my Gan 356 Air UM: some non-cuber dropped it today and I can hear that one of the magnets came off inside but as you all know, the parts of the cubie are glued.
What can I do?
Thanks!

It should've come with a numbered "VIP" card, according to Gans that gives you access to free replacement parts (with free shipping) straight from them.
So I'd say you should contact Gans and send them pictures of the broken piece and the card.

Well thats a rare case... Like Dash Lambda said, contact them! Maybe send them a little video of the magnet "rattling" inside the piece? Anyway, you should get a replacement...

Gan only gives 20 percent off if you bought it from the cubicle but I have a problem with mine too.

The magnet isn't loose or jiggling because when I take it out and shake it there's no sound. However, on one side of the edge only when ever I do an R', it makes a click noise. What do I do

That's a big problem. The magnets are detached from edge. You should open the piece and put them on right place.
