I don't think 2 moves should count as a legitimate scramble, so I'd say this wouldn't count. I'd guess with this puzzle, it should be at least 5 moves for a legitimate scramble. For short events like these no one really keeps track of single.

If you look at speed solving wiki's unofficial world record page, Ivy cube single isn't listed, only ao5 and up. same with every event shorter than OH. 3x3 UWR Single is no longer kept track there due to many people faking 3x3 solves with reversed engineered scrambles.

yeah it sucks, but can it be a YTUWR, like not officially listed, cause i cant find a shorter single on ivy cube anywhere, so I dont know.

If it were to count, I'd say it should have been at least stackmatted or similar.
