I hate to say but after looking it seems exactly like a v2. I'm not sure though, it was my first cube and I bought it off amazon so it could be v1 or v2. Someone here probs knows

I've ha it for maybe 3 weeks. I can't send a picture now cause the light will be horribl but the indent is about 1mm. Are you talking about the flat one on the side of the corner piece where the 2 pieces join?
