How to set up a GuanSu ?

Few days ago, I bought a GuanSu. Out of the box was really nice, but I made the mistake to put "fat" lube in without having done any solves. Now it is too sluggish, gummy and slow, and the internal pieces pop a lot. What should I do to have the best performance?

"I recently bough an GuanSu." Please use grammar. I put weight five on most of it and a bit of maru. If you add some heavy lube it keeps the pieces stuck to the others so it dosent pop. (Well it dosent with me) and then the maru makes it a bit faster.

I really liked the dry, smooth, and fast feeling the GuanSu had out of the box, so I never lubed it. If that feeling works for you, then my advice would be to just wipe all the lube off and tension it.
