How to get faster?

Okay! I need help for getting faster at F2L and Cross,I don't need help on OLL and PLL, since I can solve them under 5 seconds, Well maybe 8 second.

On my F2L, I time myself and it took me 25-30 second to do F2L and Cross.

Can Anyone help me how to get faster at F2L and Cross?

While I do advocate using the search function, here's a real answer:

For cross, just practice. Eventually you'll start to see shorter ways of forming it. For F2L, improve lookahead, learn more algorithms, learn how to solve cross on bottom for smoother transition, track the next pair as you solve the current one, cut down on rotations.

There are so many threads about this it's not funny. The stickies in both the speedcubing and beginners section should say that threads asking this kind of general question are not allowed. That wouldn't eliminate the problem completely, but it would help.

You may just be asking questions, but they are questions that have already been asked and answered elsewhere. The answers to questions like this are very easy to find in the forum and outside of it.

EDIT: Also, some questions need not be asked. Like the grout sealer one.

You need to learn how to use the button that says search near the top of the screen.

exactly.. search for the word search. if you're searching for something go search using the search button. dont need to tell you where it is coz you need to search for it yourself.
