Well today I have eventually managed to get my first sub 16 average of 100 having been back in daily practice for a few weeks. Having been cubing for ~35 years but speed cubing 5 years I am only a second away from my cubing goal, sub 15 overall (Ao100).

PBs: 15.95 Ao100, 14.87 Ao12, 13.40 Ao5, 10.78 Non lucky single, 8.47 Lucky single.

I have been trying to get a sub 15 Ao12 and a sub 14 Ao5 on film but been failing miserably! Here is a 14.28 Ao5 filmed today.

Any constructive criticism greatly appreciated (apart from trying not to heavy breath on video - I am coming down with a cold :) )

Cube: Gans 356

Great! :) I love your "slow" turning.
Thank you. I do try and alternate practice between fast and slow and try and slow down if needed to maintain look ahead but will need to try and work on TPS a bit more :)

Actually that's what I'd suggest you to improve most, slowly increasing your TPS until you get a really good lookahead and a good turning speed. (I myself have to work on that as well xD)
