Yeah, he said that he wouldn't be going to Manhasset because of a math comp.

I found out from Brandon Lin that he's not going to the math comp anymore, sadly registration for the comp is closed.

I'm planning to have megaminx next comp tho.

Alex, do you think mega at Manhasset is probably going to happen? I'm practicing a lot now, and I don't want it to be for nothing. :p

I don't know for sure honestly, if the comp is ahead of schedule when 4x4 is done, I'll have megaminx run into lunch. It's probably a 50/50 chance, if you help with judging, scrambling and etc. it'll be more likely it'll be held ; ) .
