I do not know if there is a specific thread on this, but I won a listing on eBay for some cubes from the seller MrSautrn2010. It was quite a good deal. The seller posted a USPS shipping number, but it didn't go to anything. After a month of not responding to my messages I opened a case for eBay to look into it. Almost immediately the person wrote me and said they just got sidetracked and forgot about it. The seller refunded my shipping cost and marked the item as shipped with a new USPS number. I took down the issue with eBay (Which I shouldn't have done so soon). Well, it looks like it still wasn't shipped, the USPS number was fake again. Since it was through eBay and they are not in close ties with PayPal anymore it is something that has to be dealt solely with eBay, but since I opened one case and closed it I cannot open another. I contacted them over the phone (getting a phone number was insanely difficult) and they couldn't do anything. So it looks like I am out the ~$30. It seems neither eBay nor PayPal will help me out anymore and the seller has now just stopped communication.

I've already written it off as a case for not buying things on eBay anymore...

Also because Tutu-cube sent me the wrong cube recently, debated in how much refund I should get (It was an $8 cube with free shipping), and after a month of debating and them asking me to find out the shipping cost for it to be returned as well as what refund I deserve they finally just fav and shipped me the correct cube.

Yeah...I usually shop from Amazon because I ordered a Moyu brand 4x4 from Ebay once and got sent a crappy QJ. I contacted the seller and ebay and both did nothing.

Don't think so. Basically I was told I had to work with eBay.
Yeah, it looks like eBay spun PayPal off. There's an interesting article about it here.
It sucks what's happened to you, thanks for posting about it.
In the UK, we have a financial ombudsman we can complain to about stuff like this and they're pretty good. I'm not sure if you have the same thing in the US.
Personally I'm not a fan of PayPal anyway, because I don't like having my email linked to my bank account. It just seems wrong somehow.
Anyway, best of luck.

I remember once I ordered a Shengshou 4x4 on Amazaon, and after 3 months, I didn't get it. So I set a claim, got a full refund and ordered a Yuxin 4x4 on the cubicle. I got that in a week, and the Shengshou 4x4 came the day after. Lol.
