Work on cross efficiency that first cross was 9+ moves 8 is optimal, a lot of them were over 9 moves as well
You're turning a bit too fast for your lookahead to handle resulting in small but noticable pauses, slow down even on quick triggers
Also, theres no need to do X-Crosses right now focus on cross to f2l transition because it will still be there even if you do an X-Cross
Improve PLL recognition because in a bunch of these solves there was a U4 or a U3 to recognize it, try to recognize it from two sides to minimize AUFing during ALL also don't rotate to AUF again, just do a U move because you're going to AUF anyway

i never do x-crosses unless they're incredibly easy i can't preserve pairs or make them move-optimal

ALSO start turning slower during F2L it worked wonders for me, you can adjust your speed from there when you can find pairs easier

Try becoming full color neutral, it helps with the cross to f2l transition. Also work on recognition for both last layer and f2l
