Nationals 2015 Group Picture

Hey all!

Information is subject to change. Check thread periodically for updates so you don't miss out.

Something I've come to love doing is group pictures with my friends after competitions and I thought it would be awesome to do one with TONS of people at nationals. Would be awesome to get as many people as we possibly can for it.

There are two options:

Day: Saturday
Time: 7:15PM (right after FMC and right before the night stuff starts. So time is very sensitive)

or

Day: Sunday
Time: 6:30 after the competition (much more free time but people may be leaving)

Please use the poll to vote which is the better option. Right now I'm hearing a lot of split opinions on what day it should be, and I want to include as many people as possible.

Also please keep in mind this will likely be a 10-20 minute process. Organizing a group picture with 100+ people is not an easy task and I would really like to make sure I get this done right. So try and be as patient as possible while I'm trying various things.

IMPORTANT: Please be on time! Try to show up BEFORE the given time. I want to START at those times and I don't want to deal with people coming in and out in the middle of these.

ALSO please post WHY you're voting for what day.

Because I'm not sure I can get people to see through 20 minutes of trying to take a group picture two days in a row.

I would do it on Sunday, because saturday would be too stressful

Few quick updates:

1. The weather is looking rainy through out the weekend. Hopefully it will clear up by the weekend otherwise this might not happen.

2. As much as people want Saturday, I think it might have to be Sunday. The time restraints for Saturday are just too tight and I don't want to cut into the Cubicles night stuff because of the picture taking too long. Sunday is just the most relaxed time to do it.

I would pick Saturday but it seems with the schedule it might not happen. Well see with the weather on Sunday. Thank god I got another night at the hotel to stay until Monday.

I would like to do it on Saturday because I am leaving after awards on sunday, and personally I won't be doing FMC or going to the first seminar so it really isn't a problem for me on Saturday. That's just me though.

im aware. But there needs to be an area for me to see 400+ people lined up.

I think Sunday would be better even though some people might miss out it fits on the schedule much better then Friday of Saturday.

I see why Saturday might not work, I sorta picked it since most people might be leaving on Sunday, myself included. .-. I guess Sunday's a better option but I'm still kinda for Saturday.

The group picture will be done during finals! Everyone will get to be in ut.
