F' f or S?

1)S R U R' U' R' F R f'
2)S' R U R' S U' R' F R F'
3)inverse of the above (i don't use this often but its handy to know)
4)R2 S' R2 U' S2 U' R2 S' R2 (for some reason I use this for OH. Lazy to learn new algs)
5) F sexy S sexy f'

1) Yep.
2) ... whoa...
3)mmmm... I dunno. Maybe.
4)Hah... that's awesome.
5)... the reason we're here.

I half expected S (R U R' U') f' U' F to be in there.

f' U' F is yucky... That's why I don't use this.

By the way TellerWest has some awesome S move F2L algs. Check that out.

See, I kinda like F' U' F and f U' F. Kinda-sorta regripless... pairs well with S.

But are any of these as cool as (R2' S2) (U l2' U' l2') (u R2 U' r2' F2)?

So I was messing around with the new alg. And I found doing it with my left hand (l' U' l U2 L' U2 L U2 l' U l) works better because I do U2 with my right hand most.

First question, who here does U2 with both hands. My left just always seems slower.

Second question. Instead of ending with l' U l I feel like it might be more comfortable/faster/ more finger-trick-able to do R' F R instead. Also R' F' R at the beginning instead of l' U' l. Thoughts?

I U2 both hands. Left hand during LSE, right in CMLL ( unless its a sune)

First question: being able to do U2' is very important. Since usually your right hand is doing a lot of the turning, your left hand should be able to do most of the U moves. I think U2' is one of the most important fingertricks you can learn, yet it's one many people avoid.
Second question: both do the same thing, so use whichever you prefer.

Also this is quite unrelated to the original post.
He's talking about an alternate alg for the case in the OP; it's not completely unrelated.

No, I was talking about these two algs:
R U R' U' R' U2 R U R' U R2 U2 R' // Bindedsa's 2GLL
R U R' U' R' U2 R U R U' R2 U2 R // My U perm

Oh jeez those similarities though

I could start a whole new thread. I'm sure no one would be upset about that.
Sorry I didn't realise it was the same case. (Even though I use that alg for OH lol)

I do U2 with right index followed by right middle; I do U2' in a single move with left index, pushing BUL to FUR and lifting it over the top layer (iirc single flick doubles are called Eido moves). The U2' is faster than my U2.

I hadn't ever got the hang of Eido U2 with right index, but thinking it through now, I realize I also release my left middle finger from it's "home" position (BL) as I do the flick, which gives the index better rotational range. Now I can mimic that on that right too. Thanks for making me think about that!
