There's something called the kk pdf which has all of the algs found by Przemyslaw and Jonatan here

Unfortunately the fingertricks for a lot of the algs aren't totally obvious and really only Jonatan and Przemyslaw know how to do them fast Also I think some of the algs don't work, so I should probably bring that up with Jonatan at some point...

I've also been genning algs for similar cases but the doc isn't complete yet so I'm not going to release it just yet.
