Moyu Lingpo Screw Problem

One of the screws from my Moyu Lingpo can't go in any further and is grinding the plastic of my pieces. Upon inspection, the screw has a longer helical ridge/thread than the other springs and it might be slightly taller as well, which explains why it juts out further when assembled. Should I just get replacement screws? Does the cubicle have them? Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks

Where did you buy this? If it is from a professional cube store, just message them for a replacement. I got mine from cubezz.com and its perfect. As for screws, its not worth buying them online, see if you can fine them at home depot or Lowes.

I had a similar problem. When I dissassembled and lubed my lingpo, it felt weird after reassembly. It was super scratchy, and it deformed on super tight tensions, and felt like it was pillowed. I reassembled it to find it was 3 adjacent crooked screws that held up the three most important anchor centers. If you have tried reassembling and still encounter this problem, I reccomend either a full new hardware set or a new cube. If the screw is messed up, then it has already done its damage to your core, and has probably stripped it of the rings that allow the screws to work. Yes, the cubicle has hardware and screw sets for most cubes.

Yea I got mine from cubezz.com as well. It was very loose and sort of unstable before I tightened it, which probably was not a good idea.

Yea now I think it's one of the sides of the core where I have one of the anchor pieces, because I used both screws, the shorter and longer threaded, to screw the anchor piece in, and both stop at one point where it will still grind against the pieces of the cube. Can I just get a new core? I checked the cubicle and they only have 3x3 moyu cores.
