Does anybody know the notation for this website?

I am currently using this website to help me improve my Roux solving and I do not know how the notation is, I do not understand things like when it tells you to place pieces at DF and DB, to understand it would be helpful to look at the LSE page of the website. I suggest you watch that video. It will show you the basics of the cube as well as notation. It also leads to Roux beginner method.
