Just wanted to introduce myself.

I am a philosophy and critical theory study stuck in a formal logician's mind. I've always been drawn to puzzles, riddles, etc... I suppose lateral thinking puzzles were my start. I have always been able to visualize variant outcomes and divergent potentialities apropos revelation of solution.

I have been around the cube for many years of my life--coming near LL completion on my own just stewing in the experience of the block without having ever looked at a solution. Finally I bit the proverbial bullet and did. And now I am passing 4LLL and loving every second and setback of it.

I must admit, the cerebral high of the study of the cube is somewhat reminiscent of rapid learning of a foreign tongue to fluency. I enjoy it immensely.

Finally, I have a tendency to refer to the cube as the block or the brick, bare with me...

My cross is speeding up, ~6-7 sec; my F2L is a hit or miss 20 (I blame learning 4 PLL and OLL algs a day), and I am working on sudden recognition for PLL and OLL. PB ~50 secs and falling fast.

Any constructive aid or suggestions are welcome!

My personal interests: teasing society from monetary motives to progressive motives.

I would recommend sticking to 4LLL and work on F2L more before moving on to Full OLL and PLL. Also, learning 4 algs a day is bad for you. You should just focus on 1-2 algs a day.

Welcome! Interesting intro. I say there's absolutely nothing wrong with learning 4 algs a day. Just do however many you are able to handle. I know for sure that I at least learned 2LOLL in one day (7 algs, 8 if you count FRUR'U'F'). Also I went straight to full PLL. It's not that hard if you learn similar and mirror algs together.
