No, Feliks already had two avgs. with all times sub1 (55.75 and 56.89). There's a third avg. (56.87) where al times were sub1 but the worst was a DNF.

Probably they were over time limit (3 minutes).

We had some fairly strict cutoffs (for an Australian comp), because we were short for time with a lot of people. A lot of people still attempted despite this. Because it isn't too bothersome we don't disqualify them (as per A1c), but it just means they get a bunch of DNFs next to their name.
