The UWR page is not up-to-date. (Proof: look at the multi bld UWR).
Many cuber, including Sebastian, doesn't post their PBs, so their records are actually unknown.

I was sitting cubing about 8 feet from him and missed the 21 as well. I almost snapped my neck when I finally turned around after a small applause built into a torrent of cheering and clapping wildly with the centre of mass of the building changing so quickly.

Can anyone confirm that the 21.97 single was indeed filmed? I did notice many spectators gathering around Sebastian for his other solves but not for the 21.97. Again, I wasn't paying much attention because I was in a different group, but my group and Sebastian's group had the same time slot for solving. I hope it wasn't the case that after finding out that Sebastian broke the WR single, people just started filming him.
