Kurt Dockhorn

Kurt Dockhorn is a cuber who was one of the pioneers of the CFOP method, which he and Anneke Treep developed an early form of. It became known as the "Dockhorn-Treep system" after Frans Schiereck published it in one of his books in 1981.
In the following years, Dockhorn; Treep; his brother, Hans Dockhorn; and Guus Razoux Schultz documented all of the OLL and PLL cases on a computer which Hans had access to and devised algorithms for nearly 1,200 possible last layer arrangements.
