Sebastián Pino Castillo is a Chilean speedcuber. He used to be a WCA delegate. He set the World Record single and average for Rubik's Clock, but it was determined that he manipulated the scrambles. Castillo's delegate status was revoked, and all his solves in competitions in which he was a delegate were removed.
