What do you think about my F2L? Is it good/bad? Can it be improved? Any suggestions?

First of all you don't need to solve each side's 1x2x3 portion before you do the other side. I solve it almost like it's CFOP F2L except that I still treat the portions as blocks, not slots on a cross.

First Solution
EOLine: D' B L' D (4/4)
1: L' U2 L2 R2 U' R' (6/10)
2: U L2 U2 L' U' L2 (6/16)
3: U2 L U L' (4/20)
4: U' R' U' R U2 R' U2 R U2 R' U R (12/32)
COLL: M' x' U L' U' R U2 L U2 L' (9/41)
EPLL: M2 U' M' U2 M U' M2 U2 (8/49)

Second Solution
EOLine: F D2 L B' L' U R2 D' (8/8)
1: L' U R2 U' R' U' L' (7/15)
2: R U' R' U R U2 R' U' R' (9/24)
3: L' U2 L R' U2 R U' R' U R (10/34)
4: U2 L' U L U2 L' U L (8/42)
COLL: U' R U R' U R U' R D R' U' R D' R2 (14/56)
EPLL: M2 U' M U2 M' U' M2 U' (8/64)
Note: There are much better 3 edge rotations than the PLL you used. Try one with M and U moves.

Third Solution
EOLine: R2 U F R2 D' (5/5)
1: R U' R' (3/8)
2: U L2 U' L' U' R' (6/14)
3: L' U L' U2 L (5/19)
4: U L U L' U2 L U' L' (8/27)
COLL: U M' x' U' R U L' U2 R' U2 R (10/37)
EPLL: U M2 U M' U2 M U M2 U (9/46)

If you have a desire to learn algorithms, I would recommend you start working on COLL. The 4 EPLL algs have very fast execution and easy recognition.

These were done as I would speedsolve, so no looking at D/B, using openslotting where possible, no FMC tricks etc:

Scramble 1
EOLine: D' B L' D (4)
RHB1: L2 U2 L' R2 U' R2 (6/10)
LHB1: L' R U2 L U L2 (6/16)
RHB2: R' U2 R U' R' U R (7/23)
LHB2: U' L' U' L U L' (6/29)

Scramble 2

EOLine: F D2 L B D R D (7)
RHB1: U' R' U R U' R' U R' U2 R (10/17)
LHB1: U L' U L U' L2 (6/23)
RHB2: U L' R U2 R' (5/28)
LHB2: L U2 L' U L U L' (7/35)

Scramble 3

EOLine: R2 U F R2 D' (5)
RHB1: R U' R2 (3/8)
RHB2: U2 L2 U R U R' (6/14)
LHB1: U2 L' U' L U L' U2 L2 (8/22)
LHB2: U' L' U L U' L' U' L (8/30)

... I'll have a look at your solutions for some feedback, just a sec...

OK, so here goes:

First scramble:

LH side: That was interesting finish on the line. How did you know you were going to build the 1x1x3 on the right and place the line and block simultaneously? Normally this blending of steps would in FMC, but for speedsolving keep it simple. Finish EOLine, and then follow with the blockbuiling. I rarely think about F2B during EOLine planning, mainly because EOLine has so much going on already. If I see a really easy EOLine, I sometimes think about preserving blocks or ensuring the remaining D-face edges are in their correct sides, but that's rare! (EDIT: it seems that you're using this technique consistently, if that's the case ignore these comments).

Second scramble:

EOLine, not bad. For 8 edge cases I would always do it as 4+4. Normally i'll think of 2 or 3 ways to do EO optimally and pick the best line case. Getting line edges in L/R, or at least one in D is nice.

Wow, again this crazy 1x1x3 technique! After your EOLine you have a perfectly good block already built for you in the U-layer. A simple U L' U2 L' builds your first 1x2x2. I would tend to advise against using 1x1x3 blocks unless they are already built for you and its just a case of placing E-slice edges. More discussion on 1x1x3's here:

RH block is fine, only I probably would have started with the other one, mainly because all the pieces are visible and in the U layer. It's also a nice case. The moves would be: U2 R U2 R2 U R U2 R

Third scramble:

Much more efficient, you took advantage of the free 1x1x2 which is nice. However, using this 1x1x3 approach, you can't take advantage of 1x1x2's
with an E-slice edge. It also requires you to keep track of 5 pieces at once  Again, this sort of thing is done in FM, but not recommended for speed.

So generally keep it simple and flexible. Pick any C+E to start ... match it with another edge to create a 1x2x2. Then search for another C+E, if it belongs to the same side, complete the 1x2x3. If it belongs to the other side, build the other 1x2x2. This is speedsolving, the more complicated it gets the slower it will be.
