Ive heard a lot of good things about the YUGA cube with a Type A core, so when i ordered two YUGAs, my full intention was to take the Type A cores out of my As and swap them into the YUGA cubes. But when my YUGAs came, there was an already noticeable difference in the speeds of the the two types of cubes. the YUGAs are already better cubes than my type As, they turn much smoother, and with less force. i was wondering if using a Type A core in these already fast cubes would make them even better? or if they wont do much good since they already turn fairly well. I am pleased with the cubes, so i wouldnt mind leaving them how they are, but if they can be further improved, i would like to try the hybrid out.

I put a type A core in my YUGA and there is no difference. I wasn't sure what changing the core could possibly do to make it better, but i kept reading about how amazing it was with the A core.

try it with the type a cubies as well, you will be amazed!

a type a core with type a cubies... lol isn't that a type a???

D center/spring/screw

Thats the hybrid I was using (sold it to a friend)

Its amazingly good.

ifs it was amazing why did you sell it? jw haha

thanks guys ill try it out tonight and see how it goes

Because Ive had it for 8 months so it eventually became bad and locky

I hope the hybridizing hype is over soon. I'm so sick of hearing about it. Hybrids are so over rated. Type As are amazing. Type Ds are great. Combining them doesn't make them amazingly great.

What's wrong with hybrids?

They are overrated, and most that are said to be great really aren't.

The A/D hybrid really sucks. I did it. Huge waste of time.
