Wow, I haven’t thought about this one in so long. I used the old V2 at my first comp ever in 2015. It exploded a ton, but I heard the V1 was so much better,

almost certainly not as the site says. OP dayan 2x2s are collector items and they'll tell you if it is.

The old plastic was only for black cubes but I can sell you a new plastic one that I magnetised. they feel largely the same

i know this is off topic, but what is that cubing site-and why is everything very cheap?

The site says Please noted that we don't know old or new plastic and don't know there are 2 versions of this item, thanks! So it seems like they make no guarantees, and I think in 2023 it's very unlikely that it'd be old plastic. Also note that this is a 46mm cube, but 50mm is the standard size.
Not sure if you can find an old plastic DaYan 2x2 anywhere anymore - you'll probably need to just find someone who's been cubing for a long time and is willing to part with theirs.

Actually this guy is looking for an OP Stickerless Dayan Zhanchi 2x2. The OP batch of Dayan 2x2's have the black screws unlike the later batches that have the silver screw. Here is an example of what I mean. Now I don't remember when the new plastic batched silver screws actually came out and IDK if it really was just the black ones that had the plastic change. But Yeah I can get rid of this stickerless OP one if you haven't found one yet.
