When do I change from 2-Look to Full-PLL? And how do I recognize it?

The reason i would not worry too much about full OLL right now is because F2L insertion is usually everyone's weak point. If i had put more focus on F2L in my early months, i would probably average sub 20 by now.
My recommendation of the order in which you should learn stuff:
Full PLL
Common OLL cases
half of the OLL Cases
advanced F2L insertion from any angle
become sub 20
Full OLL
Learn to be color neutral
Common ZBLL cases
Full ZBLL

I can see why you say that, but I still disagree. Also "Learn to be color neutral" should be first.

Strongly disagreeing. Become color neutral from the start, switching later is really hard (for most people).
I like that you propose to learn half of OLL before becoming sub20 though. ^^ Usually everyone just quotes Colin Burns's video about OLL being overrated and claims it's possible to become subx without it (when in reality OLL just really helps).
Although I think by the time you know advanced F2L inserts from any angle it's been a while you are sub20.

Well, I won't learn to be color neutral. It's too much work for too less gains.
And yes, I can improve my F2L a lot, but I think atm Full PLL is the best for me. After that I will put some afford in improving my Cross and especially F2L.
Thanks to all of you C:

I'm kinda afraid of learning Full OLL as it is just twice as much as PLL (without the 2L-OLL cases and the mirrored algs). But someday I will learn that, too (at least I hope so).

I think a good strategy to approach full OLL is to not really care about but to stay curious.
By the time I actively started learning full OLL I already knew half of the algs. That is, because OLL algs are SUPER easy and sometimes I just stumbled over some algs and easy cases and they just happened to stick.

That may be true but one has to learn algs in combination with the orientations of the pieces. But we will see :P

Dual neutral is fairly easy to adapt to while statistically giving a good portion of the benefits of full CN, IME. If I see white is looking awkward in inspection I'll just commit to solving yellow instead lately. Still best to go full CN early if you're the sort who can adapt without a battle.

It's daunting to look at the list of OLLs. I suggest you tell yourself you're not learning OLLs, you're just learning a couple. Those will become natural and you can learn a couple more, at whatever pace. Before you know it... presto, you know full OLL without ever focusing on "learning full OLL".

That comes near to my strategy for learning things c:
