What would you call the ZB equivalent to Roux?

ZBLL+ZBF2L is great for fridrich.
ZBLL+Petrus is an amazing combo.
The ZZ variation which uses ZBLL is also a great combo.

What about Roux?
Does Roux have a profound final step?

I recall Waffle mentioning "Hyper Roux" on facebook.
I forgot what it entailed though.

What do you guys out there think about the ZB equivalent to Roux?
Someone might even come up with something brilliant. 0:

These methods basically merge few steps into one. For Roux, that would probably be M-slice permutation plus CxLL, which would generate loads of cases.

The advantage of the 'advanced' methods you named in your post is the move count. Everything else, let it be recognition or execution, lacks for it.

Roux already IS an efficient way to solve, sometimes even useful for FMC. Why would you want to improve it further?

Hmm, what I would think is something like finishing the second 1x2x3 block while orienting the corners on the top layer, and then permuting the corners while solving the M slice and U layer edges.

There are a myriad of answers!
But personally, i was simply wondering, out of curiosity.

Maybe if there was some way to combine CMLL plus M-slice orientation? You have a lot of control over the M slice during CMLL so it's quite possible that most of the algs would be slight variations on standard CMLL things.

Perhaps you could also do last 2 pieces insert (for the 2nd block) and CMLL together, with something like winter variation. There are a few cases to consider (R U' R', R U R', r U r') so this might not really be doable; I dunno. What about a CLS-like thing where you do the second block minus a corner, and then insert it while doing CMLL? Is ~600 algs too ridiculous?

Build the first 1x2x3, then a 1x2x2 on the left. Do Winter Variation to orient the corners. After WV, there are two main cases:

1. The corners are correctly permuted.
2. The corners are not permuted correctly.

1. Step A: Orient the edges while solving the UL and UR edges.
Step B: Permute the M-slice edges.

2. Step A: Orient the edges while placing the DF and DB edges.
Step B: Permute the Last Layer.

I'm not sure how effective it would be though.

JJLS (Concept by Justin Jaffray and algs by me)

Regular blocks except second with a slot.
CO while inserting last pair
CP while EO
The rest

about 100-150 algs...

I've got like 60 of them made out already...but I can't find the file.

Or My "Hyper Roux" Variation
Regular blocks except second with a slot.
CP while inserting last pair
CO/EO in one alg (really a lot of algs)
normal finish.
