Hey guys,

This Sunday, September 30th is International Podcast Day! Podcasters aren't the only ones who can celebrate, listeners can too!

So whether you have ever listened to a podcast or not, the question I have for you is: What is ONE of your favorite hobbies or things to do?

Please let me know!:)

P.S. Mods, I got permission from @pjk to post this here.

Raising goats, creating youtube videos, art (just a leeetle tiny bit, mostly pencil), crocheting, juggling, reading, shooting/target practice/hunting, microscopes.

I have so many hobbies...
Watching movies, reading books, playing video games, card games and board games, spending time with my dogs, training them, walking them or just playing with them, watching tv shows, working out/weight lifting, cubing, other puzzles, watching documentaries, just to name a few.

Here is a podcast that you might enjoy which is for readers: https://www.bookwormbanquet.com/search/label/Podcast

I like to raise Australian Shepherds, Read, Play music (although I am pretty bad), play sports (Bowling, Soccer, Volleyball, and Disc Golf are my top ones), shooting (as in anything from recurve Bow and Arrow - Rifles), every once and a while sketching animals, and there are some other small things that I like, but for know I will leave it as it is.

Ohhh. I’m a big golfer. Love the sport, just dropped a grand on new clubs .

In my other spare time, I love just learning in general, especially math and science. I’m also huge into football (WHO DEY! Cincinnati ftw)

I just started competitive typing (like a week ago) on nitrotype.com which is really fun.
I run cross country which I'm pretty awful at, and I also run track which I'm relatively better at--I should qualify for state in the 300 hurdles if this season goes well.
I play a bit of ultimate frisbee, I used to read books a lot, and I animate a bit on my 7 year old DSi.

99% invisible is a fantastic architecture/design podcast that I'm sure many of you already know about.

I've been juggling for about 10 years, a few months longer than I've been cubing, and I also started contact juggling at about the same time as cubing, but I've had a lot of long hiatuses with all of those so I'm not so advanced with any of it. I had a unicycle for a short time about 7 years ago and didn't get far with it before selling it but I've always wanted to get back at it. I've been interested in pogo and had a crappy pogo stick that I could do a few tricks on and I've always wanted to get more advanced with that. I've done some skateboarding and can barely do any tricks but it's been a big interest of mine for as long as I can remember. BMX too but I feel like I'll never get decent at that. I love track and field but I've never gotten good at it cause of asthma and bad grades preventing me from doing it at school. I'm really interested in parkour and free running but I've never been able to get adequate training. And most of all I love art and will always be making tons of it at least until I die. Most of the art I make is auditory but I'm into any form of it and have thousands of pictures I've drawn and edited and photographed and stuff. Most of my photography is of plants and fungus and animals and all kinds of natury things. I'm also intensely drawn to mushrooms and am currently in college making my way to becoming a professional mycologist.

Don't know what podcast you would like, but I'm sure there is a podcast about one of the art topics you enjoy.

i've been considering starting to read, but i feel its really slow... is there any podcast that ironicly talks about the benefits and techniques of reading over listening to podcasts?
