What should I do next?

Okay guys, so right now I'm averaging 43 seconds, with a lucky pb of 36 seconds.
My f2l + cross is about 27 seconds, and 16 seconds for 2 look oll + pll.
What should I work on next? I want to be sub 35 within the month.
EDIT- I don't know if this is important, but I solve cross on top.

What cube do you use? If you use something like a storebought, you should get a better cube like a guhong or a zhanchi. Work on solving the cross in eight moves or less. Try to plan out the entire cross during inspection, if you don't already. Look up F2L algs for cases that take you a long time. Try looking ahead during F2L, although you don't really need to lookahead that much for sub-35. For last layer, just work on fingertricks and executing the algs quickly. You can try learning one-look OLL and PLL, but I think F2L is what you really need to work on right now.

I use a guhong, lubed with silicon and slightly loosened. Should I solve cross on bottom?

Yeah, cross on bottom is better, although it will not take the 8 seconds off of your average like you want. I still solve mine on top, an I average under 25 sec, so it is possible to do under 35 with the cross on top, but its not as good. I need to change my cross. Mostly, you should probably work on f2l, and then, if you feel up to it, try to learn all of the one-look oll and pll algs.

I really don't get HOW I can improve my f2l (like how to practice...) To be honest, I hardly look ahead.

For working on f2l, first of all, practice a LOT. Try slowing down a little so it is easier to look ahead, which will make your solves go more smoothly. Eventually, looking ahead will become easier, and you will get faster. Also, if any of your f2l cases take a ton of moves to complete or are really awkward, try to look up easier algorithms for them. I think the most important thing is practice though.

You should work on solving your cross on bottom. It will seem strange at first but it just takes a little time to get used to. When you start to get lower averages, solving the cross on bottom is very helpful because it gives you a good look ahead into F2l. As for F2l, people will mostly tell you to practice, because that's honestly the best thing you can do right now(and learn algs for bad F2l cases). No one can give you a tip and suddenly drop 10 seconds off your F2l. Just remember, going slow and looking ahead is better than fast-pause-fast-pause. As for OLL, you don't need full OLL to be sub 35.
