What is the best lubing method?

Hi everyone, I am aware of the method used with lubix and proper lube for cubes but am wondering if there is an efficient way to lube my Moyu HuaLong with CRC Heavy Duty Silicone Spray. What would be the most efficient way to lube it using this spray? Thanks!
